By arguing for the establishment of some global governing body, doesn't Young fall victim to her own criticism of our moral responsibilities to one another being based purely around a positivist outlook, thus actually "robbing" the responsibilities of any actual moral application, and designating them purely as a matter of obligatory policy to the governing body's regulation of all who exist within it?
