New Mill Biography

Here is a link to a review of a new biography of J.S. Mill by British commentator Richard Reeves. There's substantial discussion of the Harm Principle in the review, including its advantages and disadvantages. I am posting the link in case anyone is interested but it's not required reading for the class.
